Since 2015, all bank employees are required to take the banker’s oath, which is accompanied by a code of conduct. By taking the oath, employees commit to adhering to this code. Any violation of the code of conduct may lead to a disciplinary investigation, conducted by the Foundation for Banking Ethics Enforcement.
